The Recipes Below Are Delicious-But-Diabetes-Safe... And Contain NO Artifical Or Harmful Ingredients

"Recipe For Key Lime Pie"


  • 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese

  • 1 - c. sour cream or tofu sour cream

  • 2 - eggs (organic - free-range), well beaten or egg substitute (it's less expensive)

  • 1/2 - c. NewSweet (instead of sugar, aspartame, Splenda, or any other artificial sweetener)

  • 1/2 - c. fresh lime juice


  • Mix all ingredients and pour into a graham cracker pie shell.

  • Bake at 350 until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
