The Recipes Below Are Delicious-But-Diabetes-Safe... And Contain
NO Artifical Or Harmful Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 - c. sour cream or tofu sour cream
- 2 - eggs (organic -
free-range), well beaten or egg substitute (it's less expensive)
- 1/2 - c. NewSweet
(instead of sugar, aspartame, Splenda, or any other artificial
- 1/2 - c. fresh lime juice
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a graham
cracker pie shell.
- Bake at 350 until knife inserted near center
comes out clean.
